Monthly Leader’s Meeting

Cookie season is earlier this year to align with GSUSA’s national advertising campaign—so we’re getting a head start! Cookie season officially begins January 6, and all troops participating in cookie sales must complete the required training on December 1st.

To keep our in-person portion as brief as possible, please complete the following:

1. Have your Troop Product Manager (cookie person) complete the gsLearn course:
   688 Cookie Program: Troop Product Manager 2026.
2. Send Megan Hill a message confirming that the online training is complete.
3. Attend the mandatory in-person training on December 1 at 7 PM at Clark Elementary, where we will cover:
   • This year’s important program changes
   • Service Unit–specific information
   • Our initial order pickup location and Cookie Cupboard updates
   • Cookie materials pickup

Additional Q&A chats will be offered in January for new TPMs.
